What is the booking fee policy at Arawan MedSpa + Wellness?
Our booking fee policy is designed to ensure that our schedule remains efficient and that all clients receive the best possible service. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied towards the cost of your treatment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your booking fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Booking fees are valid for 28 days from the original appointment.
Why do I need to show a photo ID before receiving treatment?
Requiring a government-issued photo ID is part of our commitment to patient safety, legal compliance, and ethical standards. It ensures that all treatments are properly documented under the correct patient name and medical record. This protects both you and our clinic from potential identity mix-ups or misuse of services. We accept any valid, government-issued photo identification, including a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. All patient information, including your ID, is handled in strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines and is securely stored within our electronic medical record system. For your safety, we cannot proceed with medical or aesthetic services without proper identification. If you forget your ID, we will happily reschedule your appointment at your convenience. Even returning patients may be asked to present ID periodically to verify identity, especially for services involving controlled substances, injectable treatments, or new patient charts.
